How do we help you find the perfect wedding gown?

If you have ever gotten overwhelmed or felt less than enthusiastic about shopping for your wedding gown we might be the perfect bridal shop in Las Vegas to help you. There are so many brides that have dreamed about wedding gown shopping their whole lives (and we are happy to help those brides) but for the rest of you... keep reading.

If you're nervous about wedding dress shopping, we are here to make it fun and easy. We will contact you before your appointment (time permitting) and answer any and all of your shopping questions. We will talk you through what to expect and make sure you are both relaxed and excited to shop for your wedding gown.

You've never pictured yourself as a bride. Perfect, you don't have any expectations to try to live up to. You don't have to try to recreate an aesthetic that hasn't been popular since you saw it 20 years ago. You are a blank slate ready for anything. We can work with that. You still have to come to the realization that you are a bride and you are getting married, you found your person and that is the most important thing. Let's find you a gown that makes you feel confident and amazing and feel like a bride. By the end of your appointment, you will definitely be able to picture yourself as a bride.

You're plus-size and worried about sample sizes. This is absolutely a valid concern. There are so many shops in Las Vegas that don't carry plus size gowns. The Story Bridal Couture makes sure to work with designers that have size ranges from 2-28 and some designers go up to a size 32. We belive that beautiful brides come in all shapes and sizes. We always have at least 10 -20% of our gowns availble to try on in size 18 and up. We have gowns up to a size 26 to try on in store.

You're shopping later than you'd planned. Life happens, engagements get shortened, time flies by, and now your wedding is right around the corner and you haven't even thought about wedding gown shopping... Take a breath. All gowns in our store can be purchased off the rack. Meaning

you can walk out with a gown the same day. If you have all the time in the world to shop for a wedding gown, I recommend you start shopping about a year before the wedding. That way, if you fall in love with a wedding gown that isn't the right size, we will have time to order it.

You've been to multiple stores and feel stuck. Now you feel like you are never going to find the one. We can help but this is going to take a shift in your mindset. You have been trying to find a wedding gown using your analytical brain, we have found that finding a wedding dress is more about how it makes you feel. There is a whole lot of psychology here, the paradox of choice, decision fatigue, and so much more. The more gowns you try on the harder it is to choose. Come in with an open mind and we can talk you through the part of the process where you get stuck. You aren't bad at making decisions you are just afraid to commit. You want honest advice without pressure. Here is the truth: when a bride finds the gown, she smiles, she touches the gown, she moves differently, she lights up. We are not going to pressure you, but what we will do is give you permission to follow your heart. We will let you know that you don't have to go to all of the appointments and try on all of the dresses to know that you love this one. We will give you permission to buy the gown that you like the most, even if other people are telling you to sleep on it. You choose your gown when you are wearing it and feeling beautiful in it. You don't choose from pictures and overthinking. If you aren't excited... we will tell you it's okay to keep trying things on. Don't settle; it's your wedding day, after all.
